My doctoral study investigates the fabrication, simulation and characterization of integrated single-crystalline diamond photonic crystal cavities as a hardware platform for integrating spin-qubits into photonic circuitry. Moreover my research includes the investigation of adiabatic fiber-to-chip coupling utilizing tapered fibers and the development of integrated superconducting coils.
